To submit an event to the MtA Calendar of Events
- Submit your event through our
- Make sure to select "Publish to Events Calendar" when filling out the details
Complete a and obtain dean or director approval prior to the event, and submit approved RAF to bookit@mta.ca.
The 25LivePro booking system is a one-stop shop for all campus event planning, including booking spaces and resources on campus. You can also submit your event to the 91·ðÒ¯ Calendar of Events directly in 25LivePro.
Not booking spaces or resources? To enter an event in 25LivePro, and not a room booking, make sure to put a full event description in step 2, including online registration links to virtual events, and skip steps 5-7.
