Receiving Student Mail
NEW! Student Mail Lockers
Attention students — getting your mail just got easier with the installation of new student mail lockers! Now you can pick up your mail any time the Student Centre is open, directly from the mail locker on the ground floor of the Student Centre, across from the Fitness Centre.
Important: Mail must be picked up from the lockers within 4 days of receiving the notification or the mail will be returned.

Steps to pick up mail from lockers:
- Step 1 – You will receive a unique 6-digit access code via your mta.ca email address.
- Step 2 – Enter the 6-digit code directly into the mail locker kiosk.*
- Step 3 – The locker will open and you will retrieve your package.
*If you did not select Amazon locker – Celina for your Amazon delivery, your Amazon package will be available in the student mail lockers instead of the Amazon lockers as noted in your email.

Amazon Lockers
Conveniently ship your Amazon packages to the Amazon lockers located at the Wallace McCain Student Centre. Follow these steps to ship to Amazon locker – Celina:
- Go to your Amazon account settings and select “Your Addresses”
- Select “Add a new pickup location” and search Sackville, New Brunswick
- Find “Amazon Locker – Celina” in the list of options
- Confirm that you have building access to WMSC by checking the box
- Select “Add to address book” and choose Amazon locker – Celina as the delivery option at check out
Benefits of shipping to the Amazon lockers:
- Pick up or return packages on weekends: Pick up or return packages during WMSC building hours.
- No need for your Student ID: Students need their smartphone with the email from Amazon on how to access the lockers to pick up the order.
- No more line ups at the Bookstore: Amazon will send an email when the order is ready for pick up at the Amazon locker.
Sending mail by courier
Courier services for domestic locations are now available to students, faculty, staff, and the community. Packages can be dropped off at the Bookstore, Mail Services Counter on the ground floor of the Student Centre by 1:30 p.m. on the day it is required to ship for next-day arrival.

Mail services, located in the Bookstore, is the central shipping and receiving point for all incoming and outgoing Canada Post mail, courier and freight deliveries for students, faculty and staff.
Our campus is a pedestrian campus with very limited access to large trucks and vans to increase safety.
Just remember to clearly mark the package with the full name for quicker identification. It is that easy!
The Bookstore sends out a weekly reminder for any mail that has not been collected. This reminder is sent to your MtA email account.
